At Threadline Archive, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Inspect-on-Delivery Policy
We operate under an inspect-on-delivery policy. Customers must inspect their product in front of the delivery agent at the time of delivery.
- Any discrepancies — including damage, defects, or incorrect items — must be reported immediately, before accepting the parcel.
- If an issue is found at the time of delivery, the parcel may be refused, and we will arrange an exchange or refund in coordination with our courier partner.
- Once the parcel has been accepted and the delivery agent has left, the order is considered final.
Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for exchange (at the time of delivery only):
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- All original tags must be attached.
- The defect, damage, or incorrect item must be clearly demonstrable.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged after delivery has been accepted.
- Items purchased on final sale or marked as non-returnable.
- Items returned without original packaging or tags.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved at the time of delivery, the customer is not charged for the parcel. For prepaid orders (online payment), refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
