Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh. Online payment options including cards, bKash, Nagad, and Rocket will be available shortly through SSLCommerz.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email from our courier partner (Pathao or Steadfast).

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders within Dhaka City are delivered in 1–2 business days. Orders outside Dhaka are delivered in 3–5 business days. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

What are the shipping charges?

Dhaka City: 80 BDT. Outside Dhaka (national): 120 BDT.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return a product after delivery?

We follow an inspect-on-delivery policy. Please inspect your product carefully in front of the delivery agent at the time of delivery. Any discrepancies (damage, wrong item) must be reported immediately for return or exchange. We do not accept returns after delivery has been accepted.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Report it to the delivery agent before accepting the parcel. We will exchange or refund the item in coordination with our courier partner.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some pieces are limited-edition archive drops and will not be restocked. Follow us on Facebook for restock announcements on regular pieces.
